Jennifer Shealy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 20+ years of healthcare experience and a strong EMS background. She provides family practice healthcare with compassion and clinical precision. She earned her Nurse Practitioner graduate degree from Georgetown University. She founded Rural Medicine Direct to bring quality, affordable care to underserved and remote communities through mobile visits, in-clinic care, and telehealth, meeting patients where they are to support lasting wellness.

Your Well-being, Our Mission

We provide primary care as well as non-complex urgent care services. Most straightforward procedures are included in the subscription, while more complex ones are provided for minimal cost.

We provide a comprehensive range of laboratory services through Labcore and Quest. Samples will be collected and dispatched for analysis at the expense of our subscribers. Necessary imaging and diagnostics can be arranged through referrals.

We provide initial and return-to-work physical examinations for employers. Due diligence on behalf of employers and insurance necessitates ensuring that employees are healthy enough to resume their duties.
